Okay I'm so looking forward for the 8th of December. I can finally leave the farm and go to london! Then gonna stay there for a day since my flight's on 10th. So shall shop. hehe. School's been tiring. Gar. Courseworks due like mad. And then there's the end of term exam in like few weeks. And the bloody xmas dinner that i would be forced to go even if i don't want to. -_- So pissing off.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! -_- yeah. anyway. so it's about a few more weeks of school left. i can't bloody wait for xmas hols. oh and i'm heading off to london next week for Charterhouse entrance examination/interview for Sixth form. At least then I can go stuff my face again. Mummy, daddy and the rest of the family's going to fly back to KL today. Haih. And I'm hungry. Off to lunch! BYe! |

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY NIC!!
He's not going to read it but yeah. Haha. He actually got permission from the head of lower school to allow the boarders to come out on saturday night and go over to his place for his brithday bash.His house was really nice! The last time I went there, we were only in the kitchen and the backyard so I didnt get to see the living room and all. But this time he turned his foyer into some disco with the lights and all. all the homelights were out and the only lighting they had that night was in the kitchen. blasting music and his music taste was good so no complaints from me. hehe. it was sooo cool. and practically the whole night was dancing! it was soo awesome! if only our parties would turn out like that eh krys. and then Nic's parents got fireworks!! we were fooling around to Pump It when someone yelled and next thing we heard were the firework explosions. it was super cool. so as usual there were party food-PIZZA!! omg you should have seen how fast they went. there were pratically about 40 people crammed in the kitchen eating pizzas and emptying the fridge! xD nic's mum baked her brownies and omg they're sooooo good. hehe. it would be such an ideal party for you krys. haha! we'll try next time! it was basically like new years but better music and everyone was dancing. okay. i think i have pictures somewhere. i have to go dig for them.

Today was breast cancer awareness day!! PINK PINK PINK. Yeah everyone was dressed in pink today. Pink shoes, shirts, pants, bags, ribbons, coats! And yeah I’m in the charity club so we were busy with all the preparations and all. I was the only one who had free on Friday 3rd period so I dragged Yew Hann along and helped Mrs. K with the cakes, biscuits and drinks and I also had to go set up the counters for the hair sprayer things. Yeah, almost half the school has pink hair now, including me! XD But my hair was too dark and I couldn't see my reflection so the only part of my hair that had visible pink was my ponytail but it was okay anyway. Hopefully I can get pictures from the rest and post it up on multiply. Hopefully that is. The cakes and biscuits were sooooo pretty!! All pink. And pink drinks too! Eeek. Sumay would love it I swear. Anyway, so had to run around, carry chairs to stations and distributing newspapers. I didn't get to sell the cakes even though I was in charge of it. I was too busy making sure there was no missing stuff. Gar. Oh well. At least it was fun. Hehe. The cakes and biscuits and marshmallows sold like dam quick. I actually wanted to buy some but by the time I got everyone their supply and went back to the booth, there wasn't much left and people were still buying! Damn amusing to see everyone including the teachers getting their hair sprayed. Some even did their eyebrows, goatees and beard!!! Muahaha. Yeah and some had pink afro wigs! Okay. Hopefully we collected enough money. And I’m off to Business Studies now. Byeeeeee!

Gar. Having ICT right now and it's really really boring. Ish. Quite busy with coursework and everything since we started form 5 and blah. At least I went down to London the first weekend and had Zuma! MUahahahahaha. Whee. Going out for dinner later. So bloody tired this morning for tuition cause of last night. Bloody hell. I stayed awake for like 18 hours straight. *blinkblink* yeah. hehe. So Ying's thing was quite a success. She was surprised. xD Nicole, Tzern and Nicholas came to my place at around 12.30 and they brought the cake with them! It was New York Cheesecake btw. Hehe. Yeah then we just chilled around the house. And the rest started coming. Kevin came at around 1. Kendrick and Jun Kit came next if I'm not mistaken. Then Jian Wai then Danil and Yan Mae. Liang Jin came like after around 6 like that. They were fascinated by the cool room. Or whatever you call it. The place where you keep all the liquor and blah. Weird... Kevin even invented this game called "Suffering" which is to see who can stay in the room the longest. Kevin, Jian Wai and Jun Kit stayed in there for half an hour with Kevin's lunch which was keropok and rootbeer while the rest were exploring my kitchen where we found many expired stuff. Hey don't blame me, it's the guest house so we don't stock stuff there. Duar and Ken actually wanted to put wasabi in Kevin, JianWai and Junkit's rootbeers since they asked for refill. But the wasabi expired few years ago. O_o so decided not to, instead they got some chilli sauce which was also expired. I don't see the difference from the wasabi but yeah. Surprisingly Jian Wai and Kevin drank it without realising anything. Hopefully they don't get diarrhea. Hehe. Jun Kit was lucky he got the pure Kickapoo since we ran out of both rootbeer and chilli sauce. xD
I thought Ying would have found out about the whole thing cause my mum came into my room one afternoon and was like "So Thursday, 15 of you right?" I guess she didnt see me shaking my head and sending her the 'NOOOO! KEEP QUIET!' look. So yeah, and apparently Ying didnt hear her ^^;; right... So yeah Ying was hiding and omg-ing when everyone came out from the kitchen singing with the cake. I actually used the excuse that my mum was having this reunion thing for her girls so I decided to call Yan Mae since I didn't see much of her and she's the only one in subang anyway. And Ying said okay and came. So I told the guard to ring the guest house phone when Ying's car reaches the porch. So I told the guys that when the phone rings, get to the kitchen and light the cake and wait for Ying to come into the house. Then the phone rang and everyone except Yan Mae and I rushed to the kitchen. It was so fast and bloody hilarious cause you can hear them shouting "Faster faster! Gogogogo!" and like the stampeding sound. Damn funny. Then I went to answer the phone and it turned out to be a false alarm! It was my mum! Hahahaha! So they got back to the living room again and they joked around about having another drill. Haha. Then the phone rang again and they ran to the kitchen again, except this time it was real. xD. but Yan Mae and I were still laughing our asses off when they stampeded to the kitchen!
Then Ah Ying came into the house, not even noticing the revealing bags that I tried to hide under the chairs or the line of shoes and slippers near the window cause we didn't want her to see our slippers at the front door. So she just sat down and watched tv with Yan Mae and I. Then I saw the candles of the cake from the reflection of the kitchen door and hoped bloody hell that Ying didn't see it. And she didn't. Then the rest started singing happy birthday with the cake and all. The candles went out! So we had to light them again. Ying was hiding from the camera!! Hahaha. Then blow candles cut cake eat! Then the other food came and makan makan again. Just chilled and fooled around. Got a lil bubbly for the celebration!! Thanks Pa! Hehehehe. Then everyone left blah blah. Shower sleep wake up tuition. Hm.

| In Phuket! |

Heyheyhey! We're now in Phuket! We being my family with ying, her sis and mum and also Uncle Mohan. Had to wake up early for the morning flight which was quite horrible btw. For me anyway. The crew was just a lil bit off the usual MAS standards. And as usual the food sucked. The noodles had no taste!! So we arrive at Phuket Airport at around 10 i think. Then another 40 minute drive to villa(which name is Villa Salika btw). Reached the place. Quite a nice place I guess. Hehe. Okay lar, really really nice place. Pictures will be up at multiply as soon as we get back! Hehe. And Ying's the model in most pictures btw. Hehe. The staff there greeted us with coconuts and cold towels! Feels so good after being in a stuffy and warm van. Ying and I got the master bedroom!! hahahahaha. And now off to lunch. :p

I'm back!! And I have 2 hours of tuition in the morning at 7 and 4 hours later in the afternoon from 2 to 6. Gar. Oh well. I can't do anything bout it. As much as I feel like screaming and hitting the dude. Hm. So yeah, I've definitely gained weight. I didn't measure it but I somehow felt it. Well it was worth it anyway. I havent eaten so much since the last time I was in Kedah which was way way long time ago. Probably 9 months now. Anyway, I went to my aunt's school where she was teaching to go 'kepo' a lil bit and everyone and i mean everyone was staring at me. First because i was in house clothes. Second, I was in my billabong boardshorts, paul frank tee, adidas shoes and carrying an LV bag. I wasn't trying to be flashy or anything! I just had nothing else to wear! So yeah, and the school was one of those financially bad kinda families and all so yeah they were oogling over what I had. I felt so damn uncomfortable. Just wanted to disappear. Anyway that was a long day and then the next day I ended up at my other aunt's office. Yes the kurnia office in Alor Star and everyone was staring again but not as bad, I mean I kinda knew some of their staff since they're family friends and all. I had fried cempedak and pisang while I was there! And everyone could smell it a mile away. xD
Whee, oh and thank you krys and teow for the lovely pair of jack purcells! I love them!!! AHHH! HEHE.

Aw man. I bet I would end up gaining like at least 3 or 2 kg while I'm here. So far it's day two and I've already eaten like hell. Reached Penang on Saturday morning and yes I didnt get any sleep that previous night so I was a bit like dozing off at every place that had chairs for us to sit. Especially during the car rides. Had char kuoy teow after like 7 months! Didnt really miss it all that much so haha, not that bad lar. And also chendol!! AHHHH! Okay yeah, I missed that. That was only lunch then we headed off to the mall for some shopping. Not as good as KL though. Hehe. What was I expecting? Anyway, had my usual mocha frap at Starbucks. I was dying for one ever since I got out of the plane. It was so hot and I was soooooo sleepy. So yeah, got my nice iced blended drink and got my aunt into GreenTea frap. She loved it. Then walked around somemore and then did some usual running around to buy stuff to be sent down to kl a.k.a rojak sauce. Apparently, the Kua family have been getting our rojak sauce from the same person for years now who secretly(even though on the surface he seems like a sarcastic careless old man)loves us to death since we usually buy like a heap of them. OH! I almost forgot. We went to go visit my mum's godmother whom I only met when I was a kid and never really saw much of them later since I don't go up to Penang that often and blah but my mum sends like angpao every year and all. They're this lovely really really and i mean really kind couple. The husband just passed away last year and now the wife's living alone since they have no children. She couldnt regonise me but she was happy to hell when she saw me. So yeah. Hm. And then dinner! We went to this old old kinda restaurant house thing. Really good! Asam prawn!!!
Woke up late the next day so our schedule was kinda screwed up. Whoops. Went for lunch at this steamboat place but no steamboat though. Too heavy. Eek. So we had like few dishes. Very very good! Then we had to go see my uncle's new condominium. With sea view and all. Nice location and building. My aunt then wanted to go check out this other mall so got dragged. Wasn't in the mood for shopping. I just wanted to go to sleep. So I was lagging behind my aunt and her friend while they go into almost every shop. Then I had the sudden craving for fried ice cream! Which of course I didnt get because we didnt know where the hell in Penang had that. I mean we didnt have the time to go search so I had to settle with normal vanilla ice cream. It was damn hot! So after shopping went back to my aunt's place and then we packed our stuff and started for Alor Star. We had to stop by in Bukit Mertajam to go pray my grandfather since I'm not going to be at his death anniversary prayer thing and I havent 'seen' him for like a while now. So yeah. Then reached Alor Star and seafood for dinner! With my other aunt and grandparents(mum;s side of the family). Then got back home and just chilled. And of course there was supper! Fried Sotong!! YES! How long have I not tasted you~~ Okay yeah and then took a long long shower. Really hot here lar. And I'm heading off to bed now! Heh.

Okay, Duar's thing. Well it's not really his party, more of a 'Surprise YL-BDAY' party. Yeah, Ying and the gang planned this surprise party thing for me. I mean they even had a plan bout how they're going to surprise me as soon as I got there and blah. Haha. Really sweet! The plan was supposed to be me going to swimming gala and then going to Duar's place along with the rest. But as usual, things don't go as planned.
So I woke up at like 9 because ying gave me a ring and asked whether i was going to swimming gala. So naturally, especially in the morning, I just gave this 'I'm sleep. I don't wanna go' response and told ying I didnt wanna go and I'll just go for Duar's thing afterwards. And as usual, Ying yelled at me but then Tzern called me later at about 10.30 and asked whether I was going. He was all like "WHAT?! You're not coming?!" Yeah, just because he had to hitch a ride from me to Duar's place. Yeah so me being the friend I was, got my ass outta bed to pick Tzern from school and Sumay from her place. But I didnt know the guys went to swimming gala too so Tzern ended up going to Duar's place with them and I picked Sumay up from her place. So, 'YL go Swimming Gala With Everyone', first part of the plan failed. xD
Later on! Reached Duar's place before the guys got back! So had to wait. Ying, Sumay and I had to go the mamak stall to wait for them. Met Jermin and Liangjin there first. "LIANGJIN!!HEHEHEHE." Then the rest got back and we went down to the pool. And Ying met Jien from disneybuzz. She even texted me! Because she and Sumay went off first since me and the rest of the guys, a.k.a. Tzern, Jermin, Liangjin, Junkit, Tzechiang and Alvin were still at the mamak stall to finish off our cho tai di game so we went down later. I didn't believe it at first, thinking it was some joke and she was just crapping. But it turned out to be real. HAHA! So anyway, second part of plan, 'Everyone Reach Before Package' failed. 'Package' meaning me. xD
And the main thing that ruined their surprise plan was the heavy rain that they didnt think would happen. According to plan, if it wasn't raining and they had all reached before me, they would push me down the pool ( i think it would've been more of a grab one limb of yingling everyone and haul her into the pool ) as soon as I reach the stairs leading down to the pool. But it was starting to rain and I got there before Duar and the rest did. As soon as we reach the pool, it was starting to drizzle. So everyone was just bummed about it, especially Duar who was all like frowning and stuff since his party is sorta ruined because of the rain. We decided that there was nothing to do but to wait for it to stop. Junkit, Duar and Tzechiang went out to the rain to get our pizzas!! haha. So they got back, pizza pizza again. Yatie and Dayana came soon after!! I actually ran out into the rain to hug them before they could even reach us. Hehe.
The guys then decided there was no more thunder or lightning and went down to swim. But I didnt bring extra clothing cause I thought I wouldn't have the mood to get into the water, so I had to wait for Duar to come down with a shirt for me. Ying already changed while I was waiting and when I got up to show Yatie and Dayana where the toilets were, the guys took ying ( yes each one holding one limb ) and carried her and tossed her in! I was watching from above so I didnt miss it! hehehehe. So got changed and then went down. Kendrick was the only guy that wasn't wet/not in the pool yet. So we decided to go in together since everyone else were already in the pool.
While we were in the pool, I was kinda wondering where Yatie and Dayana went since we went down together but they hadn't gone in yet but I kinda forgotten bout it when someone dunked me. Hmmm. And while I was like swimming about or whatever, I think i was talking to someone, Yatie and Dayana appeared with a cake with candles and all, with the guys with them, those that weren't in the pool anyway and they ALL started singing happy birthday! I knew there was a cake but didn't know they were gonna do the cake thing today!( note later for explanation of how i knew bout it heh ) It was tiramisu by the way. So I got out of the pool to blow the candles out. It was really sweet of them! My guard helped took group pictures of us which I'll take from Yatie soon and post them up on Multiply. Soon enough we were smearing each other with cream from the cake. I think there are pictures of me with cream smeared across my forehead and cheeks. Have to get Yatie! That wasn't all! After the cake, I thought there wasn't going to be anything else but Sumay appeared with a box! The box that I saw her bring in to my car when I picked her up and when questioned was answered "Duar's thing that he wanted me to bring over". I can't believe I didnt suspect anything! So anyway, she came with the box and I opened it. I couldnt guess what it was when opening it, I mean what could be in a box like that?! When i took it out of the box, it was the ferris wheel musical box that I had wanted for like 2 years now! She got me the multicoloured one!! THANKS SUMIEEE! So gave her a hug and also the rest for the cake and singing. It was truly a kodak moment! The whole singing thing! I actually almost cried! I love you guys!!
Then we all started hanging out and playing around the pool like any usual Duar party. In between jokes and updating from everyone bout their lives and blah. I mean like those exKDU-ians like me. Kaychung, Dayana and Jermin. Too bad Yanmae wasn't there but she gave me a ring and was all like apologising for the being able to make it. It's kay Ah MAee! Hehe. So the usual balloon fights. Everyone was into it! And also pouring chilled drinks on people. Hehe. It was really a blast! I wished the rest of you were here! Rest being those who couldnt make it and also one who couldnt stay long enough for it! Yeah, Alvin had tuition so he only stayed till like 3. Mel had tuition as well but her bro came down and joined us. Mel came down as soon as she finished her tuition though! Dayana got me chocolate! They were really nice! And of course I shared them with everyone. Thanks DAYANA! Time went by really fast and I mean really fast. I enjoyed myself alot! and I think everyone else did as well. It was good to see Kaychung, Dayana and Jermin since I couldnt see them in school anymore. I also didnt get the chance to see Liangjin during my visit to KDU. Then we all headed to change and shower and went to mamak! Sumay, Kendrick, Jermin, Yatie, Dayana and Alvin had already left by then. Just chilled. It had been a while since I just sat at a table with everyone, just having conversations and playing chor tai di. I was sitting there, sipping on by teh ais and wondering how in hell would I survive when I have to go back to UK in September. I'm going to sob my eyes out.
Back to my explanation, I found out bout the cake because Ying texted my sister to ask me what cake I like since they were gonna get one for me. And my sis being herself, didn’t delete the message after Ying told her to so I was being all kepo, wanting to see how my sister sms her friend, checked her inbox and saw Ying’s messages in there and curiously opened it and read it. Whoops, sorry guys! I really didn't know!! But I didn't know that they were going to do it today so it was kind of a surprise! But I love you guys for doing it.
Anyway, thanks Nicholas for having the whole party thing at your place and also your effort along with Weijuinn’s for planning the whole surprise plan. Thanks Weijiunn! Before we went to mamak, Weijiunn passed me few papers that were clipped together. They were sketches of the landmark and how they were gonna surprise me by hiding behind trees and grabbing me to push me down the pool and all, layout and stick figures and all. There were also guest lists and surprise plans. There were two plans!

I was really overwhelmed when I read through it. They had put in a lot of effort in it and I thank you two for doing so! And of course I have to thank Ying who planned the whole thing and suggested to have it at Duar’s place. You know I didn't know that Duar had the party to have this surprise party for me. I thought it was just like the usual Duar Party. No wonder he was stressed out when it was raining and Junkit refused to take my money to pay for the pizzas. Thanks YING!!! Also thanks to Yatie who got the cake! ( Ying paid for it but Yatie got it from the shop) You know how they got the cake passed me without me noticing!? Ying, Sumay, Duar and Junkit were heading to Duar’s place to get something and they met Yatie and Dayana on the way so Junkit took one of Duar’s towels and covered the box and brought it to where the rest of us were. I was talking to someone and too excited to see Dayana to notice Junkit was even holding a towel! And I didn't question about it when they placed it together with the drinks and Sumay’s flipflops were above the towel. I thought it was someone’s bag under. But thanks guys! It was really well done. I didn't suspect a thing!
Thanks all for making it! Sumay, Tzern, Alvin, Jermin, Liangjin, Kaychung, Jianwai, Tzechiang, Dayana, Yatie, Weijiunn, Kendrick, Junkit, Melody who came late but still! Falling sick the instant you come back isnt really a nice thing. -_- coughcoughcough. yeah i have the flu and cough. ish.
Arrived Monday morning and got back home at like 9 like that. Then fell asleep and woke up again at 4 to pick ying and the rest up from school. The moment I stepped out of the car, this blur of white came zoom and got me into a tight hug. Yes it was Yatie, and she was giggling like hell and didnt wanna let me go. Then Ying, Mel, Wei Juinn, Tzern and Alvin got into my car and we headed to OU. Finally saw Sue Zen after 6 months!! So yeah, went to Ms. Read to get something to eat cause Moritomo was closed. We ended up with alot of fries and couldnt finish it so yeah. Mel ordered butter cupcakes that look super cute with gummy bears on top of it! Then head over to Bakerzin for dessert! I kinda forced everyone to order something. xD Ordered peppermint tea which was supposed to help the nose and blah. It kinda worked for a while but yeah, it got worse when I got back home.
So I've been staying in or like 2/3 days now cause I was actually jetlagged but i also went into my normal routine of being an owl. Kinda hard to get get well when you're not sleeping at the right times. And Yi Tang is leaving tomorrow!!! And I never got to go out with him today cause 1) SueZen can't make it 2) Yi Yang doesnt know bout it 3) I slept in AGain. so yeah, ahhhhhhhh!

Okay, it's like the fourth day of internals and I'm coming back in like 4 days or so. Flight's on the 24th and probably arriving in KLIA on Sunday evening/afternoon. Blah too lazy to do the math but yeah, Sunday. I had history last friday and it was quite okay. Wrote alot though so yeah tired hand. And then it was math, chemistry and religious studies on monday. I bullshited quite alot in RS which was quite amusing cause Mel had her previous form 4 paper and in last term's exam we had the same paper she sat for in her form 4 year as well. Basically, the teacher didn't change the question paper for about 3 or 4 years now. So this term, I went looking through her file and found the summer term paper and just studied that. And during the exam on monday morning, I couldnt stop giggling when I sneaked a peek at the paper and it was exactly the same. Everyone else was giving me weird stares cause Sarah and I couldnt stop laughing. And the thing was, Sarah also saw last term's paper and she scored like an A* and Kenneth who was obviously not happy that he lost to her last term and was coincidentally sitting beside me, turned to me and asked whether Sarah memorised the paper again since he knew both me and Sarah have previous year papers. Okay, I'm babbling away. I'll stop. So yeah math non-cal paper after that and chemistry was quite okay.
Tuesday was quite hectic for the english lit people a.k.a my class. We finished all the poems both pre and pro 1940s and we had to do like comparisons and blah. And then there's another essay question on Of Mice and Men. So yeah, have to write alot again. I swear it's like having 2 malay comprehension papers. Luckily we only had math after that, cal paper this time. Today was quite okay as well, had Business Studies in the morning and I daydreamed for the first 15 minutes and still left the exam early xD. I was sooo bloody tired and had like a few minutes nap during the ICT exam which was after lunch and I was damn full and the room was so cool since its so windy today. I swear, the weather is so fucked up here. Last week was soo hot until I can't sleep during the night and now it's cold like winter. Ishh.
I can't wait to get back home! Though I kinda dread the tuition but still. JAP FOOD!!!! and you guys of course. :D heh.
So Physics and Bio to go and I can get the hell outta this farm. Tata for now!! |

Wheeee. It's the first day of exams and we just finished our Bio paper. Was okay, hehe. I couldnt stop laughing throughout the second half of the exam. Thai Hung was sitting in front of me and this huge ass bee looking insect came flying and I think it went near his ear or something like landed on his face or something like that and he started whispering curses and the examination teacher glared at him from the front and he just couldnt stop swearing and he kept on looking over to the window where that bee thingy flew after he waved it away. And it's time for my second test, ICT! update lar. |

Hehe,right. Okay, tonight's the Mayor's Concert! And bah, students are not allowed to go in and watch. Sucks. Tried to sneak in, got caught :p Got halau-ed by this random techinician dude who thinks he's the man and all. Pfft. Tomorrow's Saturday and no Saturday tests!!! YAYYYY! The principal cancelled it cause of all the whole concerts and all and as a reward, he cancelled the saturday tests. Whoopee. Finally can sleep in on a Saturday morning. Classes have been good lately, at least I'm proving all my teacher's wrong for looking down at me. IN YOUR FACE! :) So anyway, I'm okie dokie and I still havent mailed my letter to krys yet. SORRRYYY KKYD! I have the letter written out but I'm so lazy and kinda busy to go get the stamps and wakl to the post office. :D Very short update this time, I promise I'll write more next time. Busy busy night. :D tata! |
